Utilize the new AI Quick Assistant feature in the app for instant sound suggestions based on the preferences of other users in similar environments, or use the AI Sound Assistant to easily create personalized sound settings for any situation with just a few clicks.

The Widex Allure App is a smartphone application designed to improve the user experience for individuals wearing Widex Allure hearing aids. It provides a variety of features that allow users to personalize their hearing settings with ease.

The Widex RC-DEX is a compact and easy-to-use remote control designed for discreetly adjusting essential settings on compatible Widex hearing aids.

Battery Life: Uses a Lithium CR2032 battery, which lasts approximately 12 months under standard use.

How to Pair with Hearing Aids: Prepare the Hearing Aids: Turn them off. For rechargeable models, place them in the charger. For battery-powered models, open the battery doors. Activate Pairing Mode: Turn the hearing aids back on. They will remain in pairing mode for 3 minutes. Start Pairing on RC-DEX: Press and hold the program button until the LED light starts flashing. Complete the Connection: Keep the RC-DEX close to the hearing aids. Once paired, the LED will stop flashing, and you may hear a confirmation tone.

The Widex TV Play™ 2 is a TV streaming accessory designed to deliver high-quality audio directly from your television to your Widex hearing aids, ensuring a clearer and more immersive listening experience.

The Widex Allure RIC R D hearing aids offer up to 25 hours of battery life per full charge, including approximately 7 hours of streaming time. A full charge takes around 4 hours, while a quick 30-minute charge delivers about 4 hours of usage.
