Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. To order hearing aids, you must first schedule an in-person hearing assessment.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delays may occur. If there is a significant delay related to your order, we will contact you via phone or email.
