These hearing aids are customized to your individual hearing needs; therefore, a hearing test is necessary before they can be properly programmed and used. You can complete this assessment at one of our two locations, or request a home-visit hearing test for an additional fee.

Pay On Delivery
You can place your hearing aid order in advance (optional), and no payment is required at the time of ordering. Payment will only be due during your in-person fitting appointment. Hearing aid orders must be completed in person at one of our clinics, or you can request a home-visit hearing test for an additional fee.

In-Person Hearing Assessment
Your first appointment includes an in person hearing assessment. Based on the results, we’ll confirm whether your desired hearing aids are suitable.

Once your hearing aids are fitted, you’ll have 30 days to decide if they’re right for you. If you choose to return them, the hearing aid payment will be fully refunded, excluding any applicable home-visit fees.
